We have been very busy but we have many things coming up!!
First: Ikaika Bodybuilding Championship

Christian McArthur will competing in Bodybuilding
for this competition.

It's on SATURDAY JUNE 28
Doors open at 4pm
Show starts at 5pm
Because this is his first one he will be in Novice Bodybuilding
Come out to support NLA!!!
We just wanted to feature Christian and his journey.
It takes lots of dedication from working out to eating right!
